Kaleb got this for Christmas...he does well sitting on it, but that is about all for now. It will be great in another month or so, I'm sure! Although, at the rate he is going, he might be able to work it next week! =) Maggie used to be a "lap dog" quite often, but then she hurt her leg. She got up on Josh's lap tonight for the first time in several months...it was cute...and she was so happy!
Kaleb playing with his big sister...or wishing that his big sister would play with him!

Christmas Eve

Our family lit the Advent candle at the Christmas Eve service at our church. Afterwards, we came home and put Kaleb in his Christmas jammies (courtesy of his Aunt Nancy)!

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth....oh wait, I have them already!

Christmas Morning

We got Kaleb a HUGE teddy bear...if he doesn't take to it, I might have to have it for myself...it is SO SOFT! Opening gifts from Memaw & Pepaw...
I was hoping the tissue paper wouldn't turn his lips red! It didn't...
Kaleb loved the ribbon from his gifts!
Having Christmas with Memaw & Pepaw over the computer...thank God for Skype!

Christmas at Grandma & Grandpa's

Opening a present with Daddy's help...although, he did pretty well by himself! Mmmm...fresh plastic!
Hammin' it up at the dinner table! (Check out the bib, Memaw!)

Whatchoo talkin' about Willis?! Our peaceful little fella...

Learning some new tricks

It is wonderful to find such inexpensive toys! Why spend the extra money when you have all you need right in your cabinets and fridge? As you can see, Kaleb is pulling up on his own. This was just after I had come in to get him from his nap. We are having to move some things around in his room so that he can't get his little (innocent?!) hands on them. We have had baby powder all over the floor several times this week.
Hmmm...let's see if this here cup will catch all my drool escaping through my chin!
Maybe if I just hold on to my toy basket, I can reach just a LITTLE further...

This was taken not long after we returned from our Thanksgiving trip to Indiana. I was SO EXTREMELY excited that we were actually getting a little snow. It didn't amount to much, but it was so pretty! Kaleb seems to enjoy the Christmas tree...a little more than Mommy and Daddy would like! Unfortunately, every time we tell him no, he just smiles at us! Who can resist?!
Just hanging out in his toy basket...this typically doesn't last too long. But it is fun while it lasts! Not feeling too hot...Kaleb was soooo pitiful!
Maggie and Kaleb seem to enjoy each others company so far. She will be happy once he is big enough so she can really play with him. Maggie especially likes to come close to Kaleb when Mommy is telling him "no." Maybe she thinks she can bring in some reinforcements or something...
